She continues to go topless as a reminder to herself, never to repeat the mistakes she made in the past, when her arrogance and carelessness led to her defeat. She says that her goal isn’t to show off her naked body; rather, toplessness is a strong fighting style that relies solely on her body. As she says, we should not only see her ample bust, but also her superior skills. She’s a power fighter with impressive moves and a versatile fighter, capable of even flying moves. She’s certainly one of the favorites to win. Her opponent, Maria Wakatsuki, may look like a babyface with a lolita-like appearance, but she possesses a sadistic personality. Despite her delicate build, she makes up for her physical handicap with ferocity. She’s a valuable presence on the BATTLE mat, where heels are absent. Her heel qualities are what led her to enter the tournament. In the first round, she faced off against Yui Kyono, both wearing sexy costumes, but she won the match in style. While Hoshino Nanami surpasses her in terms of physique, power, technique, and pure wrestling ability, Wakatsuki Maria excels in ferocity and illegal attacks. Hoshino doesn’t condone illegal attacks and competes purely as a wrestler, so Wakatsuki likely has an advantage on the battlefield of an extreme tournament.
