The top four have finally reached the semifinals of the 2nd Extreme Championship Tournament. Miho Satsuki, Nozomi Hazuki, Tsugumi Muto, and Mai Miori have advanced to the semifinals, but an emergency occurs just before the semifinals! Nozomi Hazuki, who is fighting in a mixed match, is attacked by newly debuted wrestler An Koji. Together with the male wrestler, Koji thoroughly tortured Hazuki. Furthermore, Koji made a shocking confession: “I attacked Miho Satsuki during training, sending her to the hospital.” Miho Satsuki was unable to participate in the semifinals due to her injury. Hazuki assigned her attacker, An Koji, as her replacement opponent. The first semifinal match, a highly anticipated one, was played out between Nozomi Hazuki and An Koji.
